Bruce Makowsky’s Los Angeles mansion — with 12 bedrooms and 21 bathroom — is on the market for $188 million, making this 38,000-square-foot villa the most expensive house for sale in the entire country, according to the Robb Report.
Car Museum, Helicopter Pad and Outdoor Pool Included
The Bel-Air mansion sits on 1.08 acres of land and was originally listed for $250 million at the start of 2017, the publication writes.
In addition to the car museum and helipad, the mega-mansion also has a 40-seat home movie theater, spa and exercise rooms, two wine cellars and a gigantic lounge area — complete with velvet ropes, the Robb Report writes.
Designed as a house for hosting, there are two master suites, 10 guest suites, as well as three “gourmet” kitchens and five bars, according to the publication.
To entertain, there is a four-lane bowling alley, an 85-foot infinity pool — with pop-up movie theater — and a cutting edge home-technology system, the Robb Report writes.
If guests bore of all that, there is also a room entirely dedicated to foosball and candy, where giant dispensers line the walls, according to the publication.
And, to strike that work-life balance, an office sits atop the mansion with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over Los Angeles, the Robb Report writes.
